This Cookie Policy explains how TeamEx Inc. ("we") uses cookies and similar tools on teamex.ai and the TeamEx Platform. Read it with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally.
Key points
- Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and marketing tools run only as your choices and the law allow.
- No advertising. We use no advertising cookies and no advertising pixels, and we show no ads on other sites.
- Your choice. Accept or reject non-essential cookies in the banner on your first visit, and change your mind any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer.
- Global Privacy Control. We honor the signal.
- Session replay runs on our marketing site only, never on logged-in pages that show an Expert's Profile or a Client's searches.
- This summary orients you; the numbered sections control.
1. What we mean by cookies
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. We also use similar tools that work the same way: local storage, software development kits (SDKs) and tags. This policy covers all of them.
2. What we use them for
We use cookies and similar tools in these categories:
(a) Essential: sign-in, session security, load balancing, cookie choices and fraud prevention. These cannot be switched off.
(b) Functional: scheduling, language and display preferences. We ask for your consent in the banner where the law requires it.
(c) Analytics: page use, errors and feature performance. We ask for your consent in the banner where the law requires it; otherwise you can opt out through the banner or under Section 5.
(d) Marketing and visitor identification: associating a visit to our marketing site with a business contact so we can follow up. We use these only with your consent in the banner, and we honor opt-out signals. In California this may count as "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information (Section 6).
(e) Advertising cookies that show you ads on other sites: none used.
3. Tools we use
| What it does | Provider |
|---|---|
| Cookie choices (the banner and your saved preferences) | Termly |
| Hosting, content delivery and security | Cloudflare |
| Analytics and marketing-site visitor identification | Microsoft Clarity; Bing; Google Analytics; Amplitude |
The full list of individual cookies, with each cookie's name, provider, purpose, category and how long it lasts, is shown in Cookie settings and kept current there. We update this policy when we add or change a tool that sets cookies.
4. Logged-in pages
Microsoft Clarity, our session-replay tool, runs on the marketing site only and never on logged-in pages that show an Expert's Profile or a Client's searches. We use no advertising pixels on any page. Analytics on logged-in pages is product analytics tied to your Account identifier.
5. Your choices
5.1 Cookie banner. On your first visit you can accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
5.2 Global Privacy Control. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal and similar opt-out preference signals as an opt-out from any sale or sharing of personal information and from targeted advertising. It applies to that browser and, where we can link the browser to your Account, to the Account. The "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer does the same.
5.3 Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Doing so may affect sign-in and parts of the site.
6. California
Analytics and visitor-identification tools on our marketing site may count as "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information under California law. You can opt out through "Your Privacy Choices" or a Global Privacy Control signal (Section 5). Section 6.8 of the Privacy Policy has more.
7. How long cookies last
Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies and analytics identifiers expire after the period shown for each tool in Cookie settings.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Each version shows its Last Updated date, and we ask for your choice again where the law requires it.
